Love going to this place. Most people in my social circle say its the best in Hamilton/Stoney Creek. Jing is our favorite server. She seems cranky, but just address her and smile and she is actually a super nice person and will joke with you. The food is great. Good variety of all you can eat. Great for parties but best for small groups - individual dining.

Lots of variety on the menu. Most fried items are very filling and oily. Sashimi and sushi are good. Bacon wrapped asparagus is excellent. Meat items are a little suspect. The wait for your order could be faster. I feel that the price, especially on a weekend is expensive.

For an All You Can Eat it is VERY GOOD. I've been to many Japanese Restaurants over the past 30 years and to my dismay, most All you can eats are not very good and/or consistent. I keep going back to Atami's with renewed appreciation after trying a new All You Can Eat. I have to say bar none this is the BEST ALL YOU CAN EAT Japanese Restaurant in the Hamilton/Niagara area. The sushi is always fresh, presentation is nice and the cooked portions are tasty. Quite a bit of variety and they will modify dishes to accommodate personal needs.

We were there for lunch and we were also, busy working. You know receiving telephone calls and doing business but very hungry kind of meal and the staff was great about not talking to us whenever we were on the cell phone and just kept bringing great Sushi. The rolls were beautifully presented and the variety was very satisfying.Don't miss this little gem hidden away in the corner of the plaza just beyond the Tim Horton.s and the Wellness Centre.

I grabbed something to eat at Atami Sushi today cause I was in the area. TripAdvisor reviews are kind of mixed but I thought I'd try it out for myself given there isn't a tone of choices in this area when you're without a vehicle. At any rate the buffet was a little short on variety, there really wasn't much more than what I would consider to be the basics but the food scored very high on taste. The a la carte menu looks to have some interesting items on it so perhaps I will give this a go next time I am here.

It's all you can eat, and we've been in a few times and each time enjoyed it. The food we've had has been fresh and with the exception of a few service issues (new servers who seemed frazzled and a server who seemed disinterested), we enjoy it. Look for the coupons that knock off a decent amount if you pay in cash (usually in the mail flyers).

Have been here several times and I find that each time service gets worse, and food gets more mediocre.I sent back my mackerel after it came to me slimy and so chopped up i thought someone else had chewed it. The "manager" said thats what fresh mackerel looks like. Ummm...not any fresh mackerel I've ever seen lady. And i worked in a seafood department. I think it's time to try a new sushi place.
