My wife and I enjoyed a remarkable dinner this evening at Auberge de Chaulin in Chamby, Switzerland, near Montreux! Stephanie is a world-class Chef and her husband, Christopher, could not have been more welcoming or attentive! The stunning panoramic view of Lac Leman is an added bonus. We have just finished our meal in this lovely restaurant & only visited purely on the back of previous trip-advisor reviews & I have to say it lived up to every single one.The setting is fantastic, the food is amazing, the ambience is surreal, what a gem of a restaurant.We had the smoked duck to start with which was amazing & I followed with the lamb & my wife followed with the beef, both of which were as equally delicious.Would highly recommend this restaurant.
A little hidden gem. Quiet, service so polite and warm. Great view, simple and delicious dishes, swiss wines but of high quality. Love it. Une bonne adresse!

I was following my GPS to get to the Clinique Valmont and got lost and stopped here to ask my way. I was SO well received that I shall most certainly return to eat, especially after having read all the fantastic reviews ! Apparently I was not the first to have asked them the way ! Shall review when I have been. He owners are certainly charming!
Absolutely INCREDIBLE! This restaurant is a hidden treasure at the foot of the Alps overlooking Lake Geneva! The view alone is priceless then the food arrives and it is simply to die for! A taste of Heaven! Don't miss this one! I would fly to Switzerland just to eat at Auberge de Chaulin!

Nous avons découvert ce petit restaurant charmant qui était pourtant pas très loi de chez nous et c'etait un vrai plaisir. Accueil chaleureux, service aux petits soins et même en anglais pour mon mari qui n'arrivera jamais à maîtriser le français. Donc plaisir agréable pour lui. Petite carte mais ayant de quoi satisfaire les amateurs de viande comme ceux de poisson. Tout était délicieux et joliment présenté, de l'amuse bouche au dessert. C'est cosy et très chaleureux ,il vaut cependant mieux réserver car la salle n'est pas immense. Très belle carte de vins également. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
