You have here the design rootberry that is amazing. But they always seem to be among servants, so it can take time. But this seems to be the case today in most places.

Closed at 11:39 (Lunch Time) and there was a line of 5 cars. Got into the box to order, ordered me a burger alone... no meal. They are SUPER slow, even for lunchtime. When I came into the window, they took my money and asked me to move forward and wait for my burger. 11:57, got my burger. Burger is good. It is hot and has good taste, but, run the mill for fast food, for $7.50... I'd rather go somewhere else and not wait so long. Take your own chances.

When we drove to Eugene Airport on Thursday, we thought we would stop and get Root Beer Freeze. We paid our order with our CC and waited for our order. Strangely, we said they were from root beer? What? How can a place called A and W root beer tell you they don't have a root beer?? This is like the same place (KFC/A)

The staff is awesome! The complaints are coming from the awful and highly disrespectful customers. If this is how yall act in Monmouth, I'd say you're lucky any service industry worker serves you at all. Zero stars and five middle fingers to the rude people people of this town, yall are gross.

The patties were dry, the buns were overtoasted and there was barely any sauce on the burger. The fries were soggy. The onion rings were good. The root beer was good but I mean its root beer from a fountain so I dont think you can mess that up. I don't think I'll come back. If you want a good A&W go to the one in Stayton.

Good food for a good price. Went through the drive thru and ordered. The attendant never read my order back, no big deal it was a simple one. Paid and went on my way, I always double check my bag, and I was missing the 2nd Mac bowl. Went back around and ordered another. I would jave given 5 stars, but the employees working were having a personal conversation BOTH times through, and in turn got my order wrong. Had they stopped talking and or repeated my order the mistake wouldn't have been made. Not a huge thing this time, but what if my order was more complex or cars stacking up behind me? I go months in between eating out like this, but I will be back.

I have been visiting this A&W KFC combo restaurant for several years and always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and the staff is fairly quick with orders. What I love most is that you can mix and match items between the A&W side and the KFC side. This trip I had a burger with mac and cheese for my side with a root beer freeze (which I highly recommend for your drink, it is like a mix between a milkshake and a slushy! . Worth visiting if you like either of the two restaurants.
