I stayed several times in Barn Anew Bed And Breakfast. Every time it was a pleasant experience. Allan and Cher are great hosts, friendly and up to Earth. If you happen to be there if you have the Bluegrass jam, go for sure. It is a very pleasant opportunity to spend an evening!

A unique and soothing historical environment we enjoyed 6 days. Allan and Cher are gracious hosts who welcomed us in their house. Cher's breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed Allan's talks. The furnishings, rooms, grounds and views are spectacular. We are eager to return and observe how the sun rises over the bluffs. Jeff and Karen

A little sky in Westnebraska We have been there four times since 2010. (Need, I'm saying more? We enjoy the peace and quiet out there on the prairie just a great place to recharge the batteries. The facilities are excellent, surprisingly good in an old converted barn (here the name). With all the local American artifacts they have collected, it is actually also a museum. All this is in the view of the Scottsbluff National Monument, which includes one of the iconic markers of the Oregon Trail Mitchell Pass. Also excellent are the gracious hosts, Cher and Allan. There is always attentive to every need and request. And breakfast is always a morning treatment that offers a great start to do the day.... whether this is only relaxing on the balcony or in the hammock or another quiet place on the property, or a day trip to one of several interesting historical sights in the area. Even Cheyenne (one of our favorite cities is just 90 minutes away. We made our reservation for later this summer!

Beautiful old renovated barn with 4 different bedrooms and a large common area for guests upstairs. Hosts are a wonderful couple to share with many interesting life experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to go back a minute if we're ever back in the area.

I've stayed at the Barn Anew several times, it's the only place I will stay when in western Nebraska! I love this place! I highly recommend spending a couple of days with Allen and Cher! Very comfortable, relaxing, and the food is amazing! The views of Scottsbluff monument are wonderful. I can't wait to go back.

What a great place to spend the night and relax in quiet comfort. Harvest was almost over so there was little truck traffic in the area. The B&B is located adjacent to corn and sugar beet fields but just a few miles from Scotts Bluff Nat'l Monument, which was our last stop of the day. The Barn was decorated with Oregon Trail memorabilia, wonderful breakfast, engaging conversations and a relaxing evening rocking on the front porch with one of the property's cats. A early morning stroll with a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee and incredible sunrise started the next day.

Stayed here a couple of months ago for a week. Owners were gracious, food was plentiful, rooms were very clean and the location is great for a stay in Scottsbluff. Liked it enough that I will be returning to the B&B. Can only say that for two other B&B's that I've stayed at. Yes, I'm picky.
