the service was terrible. the waiter was not trained. not enough staff, had to wait a really long time to be served and had to get the waiter attention by waiting for normal things after 15 minutes about the usual visit distance from waiting staff anywhere else. a glass malbec ordered. when the escape came out, I had to remember the waiter about the wein, that was at least 30 minutes after the order. he returned a few minutes later to tell me that they were from malbec, I had a Cabernet sauvignon that was good, but my eating was cold until then. Eat was okay, but not really the description in the menu. a few came in and sat. after 30 minutes they went out when no one had got their order. a disappointing experience as a whole.

amazing food and customer service was excellent. that was our first trip and we are planning many more in our future.
there was a chance on this place when we were stuck in scottsbluff for the old west balloon. we were not a problem early, they had just opened. we sat in an ingenious place with a cheese. we ordered from the menu that was eating d licious! various take on both dinners, but excellent. If we hadn't had other people on our party who wanted to go to other places, we would have gone down definitiw. too far to travel 300 for a return dinner now.
the service was slow, and the personal seemed such a panic. my eating was cold and when I told the staff, everything that was done about it was a “shot”.
Last Saturday was our First time to eat at this wonderful little Italian Restaurant In Mitchell, Nebraska. Just made reservations again to take friends with us on Friday. It was simply wonderful and we are blessed to have this delicious dining option in western Nebraska! The atmosphere was relaxing and fun! Can’t wait for Friday evening!

Oh each time we visit we fall a bit more in love with this place! The food was so good! The chef came out and introduced herself took time to answer questions and actually created a dish just for! I was so impressed! We shopped the gift shop and found gourmet fudge and cookies that we left with as well! I tell everyone you have to go!
