Bibs

we were finally excited that there was a new place to eat at the lake. first experience was not bad, eating was in order. second experience not so good.? eating was not good a real cook would never serve what we received. there were problems with the fountain drinks and waitress ran their legs away, not in the position to provide a good service. I have to bring it up bibs!

I have changed my rating to 5 stars of 1. bibs has really developed to deliver decent food at a reasonable price in wappapello. the pizza is really good. I'm glad I tried the place again. thank you bibs!

Not bad food for the area, big plus is they deliver food is a little over priced for what you get but always cooked well

Unfortunately, I couldn't leave less than 1 star but at least the food was put in front of us. The waitress was untrained and the kitchen staff was friendly towards customers but snobby toward their waitress. Well, friendly until you ask about the restroom which is apparently not open to the public. Pasta was overcooked and fries were raw and in small portions. Do not get the Philly steak if you want to overpay for small unsatisfying portions. Mozzarella sticks were ok but were served with ice box cold marinara sauce which ruined the appetizer. If Swiftys was still in this location you would see 5 stars but BIBS needs to go back to the drawing boards.

Wasn't handed a menu upon arrival or even after sitting. Had to get it ourselves. Waitress was very polite but kitchen staff was rude to her. Upon request, the waitress did put on some holiday music for us. Asked if they had a restroom, kitchen staff was rude and told us only our child could use the bathroom. Said it wasn't a Public restroom because it's in the kitchen. By the way, the ONLY businesses required BY LAW to have public restrooms are places that offer dine in. Bibs, that means YOU are required by law to have a bathroom accessible to your customers unless you wish to be shut down because your establishment is NOT up to code. Period. The mozzarella sticks were warm not hot. The Marinara was ice cold. The pasta was overcooked. The Italian pasta salad was obviously very cheaply made, with hastily cut Sliced pepperoni thrown in to make it italian The roll obviously was store bought and not even heated up. I asked for a baked potato with all the fixins and got just a plain potato. I had to specifically ask afterward for butter and sour cream. There was extremely too much powder in the instant sweet tea, it literally started drying my mouth out. This fly by night operation is hardly a fine dining establishment. For $40, a family of 3 can have a meal that looks like it was microwaved and still leave hungry because the portions were extremely small for the price. Yall need to make better food and stop treating your employees like trash. I hope that poor girl finds better work elsewhere in a place that treats her like a human being. Will never dine here again.
