my order was made wrong. we don't live in the big early part, so I couldn't just get it back up. I called and left the person who replied that our food was not done right, but because it was late, we made the best of it. she said she was the manager and when we ate that, she couldn't pay my money back. I had never asked for a refund, just let them know that she was screwing. I told her that I couldn't check my order because her screen was frozen with a previous order and a fault message. she laughed and told me that no her screen wasn't messed up. I felt like she didn't have the opportunity to show us a good customer service. only to recognize their faults and to have an apology sufficient. she was also the manager. smh she had made the order herself what was on the screen. she said that next time I needed the DT person to return my command to me. it is right, instead of expecting them to take a job right.
