my order was made wrong. we don't live in the big early part, so I couldn't just get it back up. I called and left the person who replied that our food was not done right, but because it was late, we made the best of it. she said she was the manager and when we ate that, she couldn't pay my money back. I had never asked for a refund, just let them know that she was screwing. I told her that I couldn't check my order because her screen was frozen with a previous order and a fault message. she laughed and told me that no her screen wasn't messed up. I felt like she didn't have the opportunity to show us a good customer service. only to recognize their faults and to have an apology sufficient. she was also the manager. smh she had made the order herself what was on the screen. she said that next time I needed the DT person to return my command to me. it is right, instead of expecting them to take a job right.

super fast service and always very friendly! when I'm in big jump, I always make it a point to come here instead of the taco bell in medium or odessa.
worst experience. they gave me the wrong tacos and I swear I have food poisoning. Even last time I didn't taste the tacos right.
I am so disappointed that no more Mexican pizzas are enchoritos. completely removed menu. So there are burritos are ok, but I went to this place especially for the two they are from menu.
We tried to get dinner shortly after an 8 on a Saturday. They had locked the lobby and told us to use the drive-thru (even though their lobby hours go much later). When we told them we had an RV and couldn’t fit through the drive-thru they told us we were out of luck and refused service. We’ve traveled around the country and get Taco Bell often and even when the lobby is closed the employees have always been friendly and helpful and let us get a quick to-go order. This Taco Bell is apparently the exception. Even the friendly Long John Silvers employees next door thought they were being ridiculous. If you want good service definitely go to the Long John Silvers next door instead.
Taco Bell, cheap price, cheap food. But it was there. Slow service and hardly anyone inside.
