we drove home and handed over an evans I asked the woman had ever eaten her. they had not, further down the road we found, and stopped. I have a burger with hash-brown egg and speck on it with fries it was delicious, but the frying-belt sandwich the woman was so good. Of course, she was impressed the restaurant was clean and tidy the staff was friendly and attentive, will probably keep to more bob evans on the street great experience.
the food came out quickly and most of it was delicious. I have biscuit bites for an appetit maker and they were not cooked so much throughout the whole, so we hardly touched them. the woman who looked after us was also very friendly!
the waitress was brilliant, but eating tasted bad and was skill burned and actually made us sick. after the first few bites I could not finish the meal and was refunded by the manager. we typed the waitress because she was not responsible for making the food and went to another place when we were gone to eat and was completely in order so that it was definitiw her eating that made us sick.
Food good. Things need scrubbing down. Needs pretty pictures or art and jazz music. And a large print menu for visually impaired people. Flexy straws.
Very poor service. I waited 15 minutes before finally leaving. There were four parties before me and several empty, cleaned tables ready for customers. Yet, everyone was left waiting in the lobby. One lady almost fell asleep. Many customers had finished, paid and left, but no one was being seated in their place.
Usually we have had wonderful service...but today was a complete miss completely messed up our whole order food ended up cold by the time our fixed food came empty drinks and server never asked if we needed refills after coming back to our table 3 times...eggs came out with shells in them. Worst service and experience EVER. Told manager and he offer a free slice of banana bread which we refused. What a disappointment. Did not even offer discount we won't be back!!!?
Stopped here for the first time, the waitress was super sweet and the food was delicious!!
