This place was recommended to us but was hard to find. When we came there we saw the lunch menu and tried goulash and spatzle. It was good, definitely worth it. We also got told that Tsatsiki was good, so I bought one and it is delicious. Best Tsatsiki I ever had. I read that other people got offered samples. We didn't. If we had we would have bought lots more. Also would have taken much more Tsatsiki. Pity that customer service differs! Other than that - good food and recommendable. We would also been interested in seeing the cheese room.

Time did not permit us to dine but the menus choices and friendly staff will have us coming . There is a large inside dining area that overlooks the cheese making room plus a large patio for summer dining. Cheese sampling is offered and ensures you will only leave with a product you like.

Stopped in to taste some of their cheese (had a great cheese plate with lots of variety) and tried some of the home made desserts. I enjoyed the 6 different types of cheese and a labour intensive layered cheese cake. All were outstanding. The owners/staff are quite engaging and can explain in detail all of the products and how they are made.I'll be back to try out the spätzle and weiner schnitzel which I hear is quite good.

My family of four visited this very quaint little place with a wonderful German proprietor who is very kind, helpful and cooks one heck of a schnitzel!! Wow! The schnitzel was perfectly cooked - nice crispy crust and moist and tender inside with great flavor. The spaetzle was also amazing and also perfectly cooked (we're going back to buy some frozen spaetzel to take home)!! The restaurant is only part of the establishment, as they also make cheese, breads, pastries and other prepared foods (frozen to take home) on site. Additionally, they sell a nice assortment of international food products. We did not try the cheese, but we will in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and the friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and stop in for some excellent German fare! We all loved it!!

Stopped here on the way to Coombs at the recommendation of a local. Drove by it the first time and after googling the location, found it the next time. We were told that another bigger sign will be erected soon. It looks like a normal house on an acreage beside some land that is all dug up. Don't be fooled, there is more there than meets the eye! They have a quaint little restaurant and patio as well as other German food items you can buy other than cheese. The tables inside overlook the cheese factory but it wasn't in operation when we were there. We had a bowl of the leek soup which was delicious and a piece of a German amaretto torte cake. We could tell that the cake was made from scratch and authentically German. Yum!They allowed us to sample many of their cheeses and we ended up buying the spicy shepherd and some spaetzla. Yummy! This cheese factory is in its second year and the food and decor is german influenced. Friendly staff. Would definitely come again.

A heads up - I put BoMe Cheese down as 'average', as I can not comment on the meals, though I hear they are good.I wanted to get some cheese (made on the island) to send to my daughter in Ontario (by mail.) I spoke to the very nice owner and said I'd like to mail some Brie, my daughter's favourite. She explained in a very nice and friendly way that Brie would not travel well by mail and suggested another type of cheese which would travel well. I thanked her profusely and continued to look around the store, as I then decided maybe I should get my son something too ! I settled for a Sangria Jam.I heard back from my children at Christmas, they shared and enjoyed both.Thank you BoMe.
