The person who works in the drive thru blonde hair is very ignorant!!! I will make sure that I tell everyone that in this area does not live there! She was very rude and unhappy!!!!!!

I order Pommes without salt, didn't get it or a straw back. When I went back the fries, the employee was rude, waiting for new fries, girl was again very rude. Then a drink of my soda went and had no straw in Tge Bag. He waited again with the car drru feur straw. Very bad experience. Bad customer service.

How hard is it to get an order right? I paid a bacon that was loaded with cheese, but that's not what I got. I paid $15 for something half. Girls in the ride through had such a bad attitude as if I come home from my medical job is not stressful enough, I need to get with bad attitudes and people who cannot get an order right. No wonder that the place is empty Jesus Christ

This place isn 't to bad, nice service and you have friendly staff.

Orders are wrong about 1 of 5 times. So honestly, thats not TERRIBLE. But because its happened so many times, I give it a three. Food isn't always prepared cleanly as far as how it is when you open it up to eat it. Buns are greasy and wrappers are greasy half the time. But its a bk and it is what it is. Its not a 5 star restaurant. But this could be a 4 star rating if they tightened that stuff up.
