glenpool, okay. we ordered through the app and moved into the drive thru to pick it up. the type in the loudspeaker called our name when I gave him the number, we get into the window and so says the type, he has no command for us. After he walked around about 5 minutes with him, another guy appears with our order. I think the owner has to do some training with this baptism. the food was not hot, the rolls were stale, but the burgers looked like they were built for a commercial. I'll go back, but probably go to pick up my food. I'll go somewhere else for app and drive-thru.

it was carried out by Ine staff at the time until aid came. she was very good at all stations. among the surrounding quiet. very professional and should be very praised for their work ethics. I thanked her for showing her real lead.

I got a milkshake after 10 o'clock. when I got it, the shake was very liquid, it looked like she poured on a lot of cream/milk in it. I asked if she was able to repair it or something, and she took it rudely and added more melting ice. overall very rude and unnecessary attitude.

They can't serve burgers at 10:30 in morning no customers but had to wait 15 mins for my breakfast. Acted like they didn't know what they were doing at all. Won't go back here.

Delish! Was not busy on this trip so food was made hot fresh. Made in a timely fashion so I didn't have to wait long at all. The employees where very courteous. Will go back soon!

The Burger King in glenpool is new they are so friendly so nice. I wanted just the chicken fries as like a side cuz I seen that on a TV commercial but she didn't know what I was talking about and said it comes in at 9 piece so because I really wanted them I took the nine piece. But they're just like chicken nuggets if you let them sit there too long they got hard as a rock and they are horrible so I'm glad I still got my cheeseburger so I was happy but I can't give five Stars I have to give only three

After the long drawn out remodel they are finally open. Burgers are so so. Bought a couple of Whoppers and the meat looked pale. For being flame broiled they sure don't look it. Maybe a couple more minutes in the broiler would do it. Used the drive through when I went. Staff seems friendly which is a major improvement. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Overall it's difficult to judge any restaurant for the finer details right now considering the age we are in right now. I am still judging on freshness of food and cleanliness. With that said most food establishments are short handed. Also the majority of the staff are inexperienced. Most of the pre-pandemic workers have left the food service industry and found other careers. For the patrons that said they didn't want food service workers to have a living wage and these types of jobs were for high school kids.....well we are seeing that right now. So be patient and quit treating food service workers poorly. The money you are spending buys you a fresh meal, it doesn't buy you the right to treat workers bad. Be kind.?
