Poor management! It has serious potential, but service was by far the worst iâve ever experienced in my life. We drove an hour and a half just for this experience! As a bar manager myself I would like to point on some things. Ambiance was on point! Until the beautiful curtain opened and you see a dingy carpet and the smell of BO and dirty feet. And the stage lights were ridiculously bright. Every other light should have been blue or red or something (also making the comedians less nervous). From what I witnessed you had 1 brunette server doing the entire downstairs, one blonde server running drinks to tables, 1 bartender and a busser. Its June in Boston! Why are you so understaffed? Extremely poor management. Maybe the crowd would have laughed and enjoyed themselves more if the drinks were properly flowing. Service was horrendous. And its no wonder.. the brunette was weeded! Barely coming up to the table and then forgetting everything. Then looking around I noticed everyoneâs table was empty on drinks. The guests were constantly looking back at the bar or the server to ask where their stuff was. It should not take 40 min to get a drink. The majority of the people in the establishment were ticked off because we were all neglected! DJ WAS ON POINT! He was awesome! No issue there. The mic for the comedians was too loud. And lastly, there should be a rule for the comedians to not go around talking to customers. Its SOOO RUDE! The comedians on stage donât deserve the disrespect of other fellow comedians taking all the attention off the stage. They can wait until the show was over. My rating of 3 stars is literally only because the ambiance before the show, and when we finally received our food it was delicious and creative. Whole experience is as a big let down. We wonât be back for comedy night. Poor management.
