this was our first time at caribbean Jack’s, and it will not be the last. we sat outside as a party of four on a Monday evening and received very helpful service from our waitress. eating was beyond any of our expectations and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits daytona beach. I'm not much of a seafood person, but I enjoyed the taste of the ruck chicken pasta. I have also tried to promote banans for the first time, and I think it would be difficult to find a better version than this. we had four different escapes plus dessert, and everyone loved their meal. the live music was also very good and helped to give the evening meal a nice atmosphere. 10/10

eat so good! I want to get back so badly! such a great place on the beach of daytona! for the first time try gator! I was very happy for Reggae music as a western Indian. the menu is enormous and everything I tasted. they will not be disappointed
great place! server was knowledgeable and attentive. we ordered fishtacos, fish and garnel basket, ruck hühnerpasta and scallops/shrimp with lobster cream sauce over pasta. we all enjoyed our evening meal and finished with banana care. the kerl, who (soon, did not get his name) this Monday night is great! we visit this place next time in daytona.
eating was wonderful, our waitress was great, but the most amazing part was the view of our table. we saw a paddle boat, dolphin, fish and several sailboats. the brise from the water and the live music woke up on the cake. we enjoyed our afternoon very much.
Plan on waiting at least an hour to get in. They were busy! Once we got a table though service was great. There was a band playing. The atmosphere was nice. The food and drinks were wonderful. It was well worth it!
Great experience in a beautiful location! They were very friendly and all food cooked correctly! I would recommend the jack'd potatoes as your side, it's a soufflé with monterrey jack and jalapeño cooked with potato, it's made done enough the potatoes are crispy with a good deal of flavor! I had the blackened fish sandwich and it was very good. We also got the Cajun chicken pasta, and a gator bite Alfredo that also turned out very well.
The highlight of this place is the atmosphere of the patio. The sliding outdoor booths is a unique experience. The view of the marine/water is terrific. The food is good, but not great. If you like spicy choose the jerk style for your meat. Another great food feature is that they have several gator dishes if you like eating alligators. The desserts are amazing! We loved this restaurant!
Depends on who's singing but if you can tell if people are singing off key, don't sit outside... I got the stick and jerk chicken, pineapple mango salsa is an acquired taste, and the chicken was very spicy, but good for someone who loves spicy. Hubs got the voodoo burger, has raw huge slices of jalapenos, but still good. The dessert was good. Got the brownie for dessert, ice cream is good, brownie was a bit dry.
