The juicy restoration is hidden behind its industrial exterior. I was there at noon and there was no waiting time. It was just the manager and I. I have Misto Italian Salad, who was huge, fresh and tasty. It was so big that I took half home. There was a small bread with slightly fluffy bread that was just dissolved in my mouth. The music game was old folk songs I haven't heard for decades. A hidden jewel. Don't miss it.

So a simple bread but delicious! Meatball app was wonderful and the lobster ravioli never disappointed. The service was easy, but the food was for it.

Local Italian restaurant with casual but attentive service. Small wine list with different house wines and some by-the bottle. The Shrimp Pomodoro with Fatuccini (substituted Pomodoro instead of Marinara) was delicious!

My friend and I remembered Carlos as a quiet place with a beautiful atmosphere and solid food from another occasion early in our relationship. We decided that we would dress in full dress for our anniversary. Long dress for her and a suit for me. Carlo 's beat us as a beautiful relaxing place where we're dressed, and could enjoy our special day. It turned out to be remembered. We have the Calamari Appetizer, a true test of the quality of the restaurant seafood, as it is easy to chew. It was light and tasty, and drew flavors from Squid that I never experienced. My calf Parmesan reminded me of my childhood, as Mother did earlier, and her chicken Parmesan was so good they enjoyed the remains of the great part for several days afterwards. The waitress (if we asked) told us the back story of the restaurant as it was family owners, and even took pictures of both of us that were all dressed. At the end of the meal we were too stuffed for dessert, but they brought us something because we had mentioned it was our anniversary. A plate with a dessert cannoli and a happy anniversary written in chocolate in Itallian on it. Overall, it is absolutely delivered on the anniversary-dinner experience we were looking for. Someone told me they heard that the place was loud because of the acoustics, and I can't talk for weekends, but on a weekday evening it's a nice quiet relaxing place. Very recommended.

Honestly I don’t like reviews because most people I find just want to complain. I want to say that I really like this place. It was kid afternoon so it was empty. Which is more to my liking. The decor is nice. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Most importantly the food was delicious and the portions are filling. My wife had the wise guy and I had the Sausage Nepalitona. I found my dish to be delicious and the seasoning was excellent. I have read some reviews that were critical of how the exterior looked but for me it’s the food that matters and this place really delivers. My wife and I do date night once a week and pick a New restaurant each week. My wife chose Carlo’s and I’m glad she did. We will be back.

I took my son and daughter in law to Carlo’s again, and again. The ladies that serve you are friendly and warm and want you to enjoy your experience. We loved the veal dishes and the quality of the home recipes you can taste. Such flavor and great portions. Ownership is always there and they take pride in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Try any of the veal dishes and the fish specials are to die for. This is a gem for locals and it many people know about it-very unassuming but warm and relaxing. Come on a weeknight or a weekend. Cockeysville’s lucky to have them.. 5 star food!! Love it love it love it...

Great restaurant, superb food. We frequent there often and were never disappointed in the slightest. Quality, taste of food and portions are amazing. My personal favourite are the seafood dishes. Their soups are outstanding and they have the best bread around. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We love the Bistro

My family and I used to go to this restaurant dating back to it's original location. We have been to the new location a few dozen times. I absolutely love the food here with my favorite dishes being a tie between the pizza and the Shrimp Fra Diavolo/Arrabbiata. A close second is the Lasagna. I moved quite a distance away but when I'm close by I always stop in. I love the food so much I have my birthday dinner here and look forward to taking my parents here for special occasions.

Very nice chain restaurant. You have the choice to sit at a sushi bar, a regular table or a table with integrated grill. At the regular table or at the sushi bar you start eating as soon as you sit. But the true Sakura experience sits at the table with the built-in grill and has prepared your meal right in front of your party. Then the food precursor is a performance experience. If you have a party of eight or ten, you can start the experience immediately. If you have a smaller party, you can wait until there are enough cartridges to fill all or most seats. After your orders are picked up and the drinks, soup and salad courses are served, your chef will come to your table and prepare the Entrée. It will begin by grilling some eggs, rice and some oils and spices to make fried rice. Then he puts vegetables and meat on the grill and prepares everything that was ordered at the table. There are some flames as part of the prep, and there is a volcano of an onion. At the end of the Food Prep Show, the grill is cleaned. It's an interesting process. I have a lot of pictures. I should probably have just made a video, but the customer eats during food preparation. I ate during the meal preparation. I had onion soup, a mild, tasty broth with a few chopped crochets. The salad and the rest of the meal was delicious, but not excellent. Nevertheless, the whole culinary experience was pleasant and worth the price. This is a good place to bring children. The children at our table and the children at the tables near us seemed to enjoy the show made by the chefs at each table.
