I love eating in Fuji-San. they have clear indication of which dishes can be vegan, which means that I won't guess when things have fish sauce or something else non-vegan in it. also the staff are friendly and eating is delicious! my omni partner and non-veg local friends all love to get eat here too, so it is great for mixed groups.

Her pad Thai is fantastic, like almost all her curries. Sushi is also above average if not great. What she really does is that they KNOW spices... not only make it hot, but so tasteful at every level. Of not spicy on all on request, at the right Thai level spices that most Americans cry and do not finish a dish, everything is balanced and tasteful warmth when applied. I have a very low tolerance for spicy foods, so I stay at any time mild and sometimes add a line of their chili oil or Thai curry sauce. Many tasteful heat there. If you love spicy food, go ahead and roll with one or two pepper levels (the rate of 1-3 paprika on the menu. But START with no more than 2 so you can see where you fall and still be able to eat your meal. I know you're cheating on Spice lover... Only you know, 3 paprika is more like Thailand spicy than American Spicy. No shame in your game if you avoid it, but I have seen it crush more than one person. ;

Food is fantastic and to order. Vegan options are big and much. I'm part of Tofu roasted rice and Tofu Thai Pad. I love tofu and you can ask for vegan sauce instead of fish sauce to make a dish vegan. Make sure to ask for no egg if you are vegan. I love Thai food and this is the best place to get it.

A little expensive. Good, not great. I'm not as big as a fan of Thai food, but my husband is and he really liked it. They also have these coffee or tea flavored hard candy, which are quite a nice little treat. You can get one on the way.

Very nice chain restaurant. You have the choice to sit at a sushi bar, a regular table or a table with integrated grill. At the regular table or at the sushi bar you start eating as soon as you sit. But the true Sakura experience sits at the table with the built-in grill and has prepared your meal right in front of your party. Then the food precursor is a performance experience. If you have a party of eight or ten, you can start the experience immediately. If you have a smaller party, you can wait until there are enough cartridges to fill all or most seats. After your orders are picked up and the drinks, soup and salad courses are served, your chef will come to your table and prepare the Entrée. It will begin by grilling some eggs, rice and some oils and spices to make fried rice. Then he puts vegetables and meat on the grill and prepares everything that was ordered at the table. There are some flames as part of the prep, and there is a volcano of an onion. At the end of the Food Prep Show, the grill is cleaned. It's an interesting process. I have a lot of pictures. I should probably have just made a video, but the customer eats during food preparation. I ate during the meal preparation. I had onion soup, a mild, tasty broth with a few chopped crochets. The salad and the rest of the meal was delicious, but not excellent. Nevertheless, the whole culinary experience was pleasant and worth the price. This is a good place to bring children. The children at our table and the children at the tables near us seemed to enjoy the show made by the chefs at each table.
