I have given this restaurant 3 chances because I believe in 2nd and 3rd chances, but I am finished with this restaurant. 1st time I was there, we waited about 40 minutes, then my food came dry and cold when it was sitting there and think they were just a handful customer. 2. times my hard shell taco was not hard shell, but slightly roasted, so I sent it back and got it again as oily as if it took everything out of the tortilla and tried to refry it do a terrible work on it, causing when I got it, not only she put the original inside sides in it, but the bottom of my plate was still covered in oil and the shell. I told them that I didn't want to eat mine and my bill reluctantly appreciate them, but not before they asked me 6x twice from my waitress of another waiter and even the manager asked twice if I was sure I didn't want them to take it back. I finally told the manager meriam my care and how I felt they made my taco new and all she said was okay and went away. so here I am a third time and this time I put a phone order and asked if she had a posole before I kept my order I was sure it was enough left so that I continued to place my order and I was told that it was in 15-20 so when I arrived 25 minutes later, it was told me that it was not ready, and it would soon be ready so that she had taken my payment again. that is the third once a charm goes well, not in this case they all failed three times that I gave them a chance. so clearly I will never give this so-called restaurant another chance.

stern. regrettable, as this was a decent place earlier. my mom was here a long time. I'm early here to avoid a lot as it is cinco de mayo and is a 1 year old. waited 15 minutes before a server took our order. another 15 minutes for the server (which was new in its defense) had to confirm the order. another 15 minutes and we ask the status of our drinks we were told that there were other drinks before us, who sat down after us and we already got drinks. the manager argued with us about something that hasn't been able to check since the late of the ticket, how long we wait (ignoring the fact that our server told her that we wait long.) the manager then said well, they can just cancel their order just rediculous, we were up and gone. I'll never be back.

very good food, the chapala fajitas were excellent, well cooked chicken and steak, and the garnels were both delicious. the house margarita and the cool atmosphere were perfect. but the server was rushed and made me nervous, only watching him and we didn't dare to ask a question and slow down our order. a server is not enough for 20 tabs. unfortunately no outside seats, but inside is quite spacious and elegant.

I recommend mol enchiladas. the best in town. I had the same dish for over 3 years in chapalas and each time, the taste, the presentation and texture is the same. consistency seems to be the norm when it comes to enchiladas de mol. the service is not the largest, but the food is due to lack of service. the facility is clean, the bathrooms are always clean.

Bad experience got my food cold as ice they obviously heat it up in the oven or microwave but the meat was so cold. My wife enjoyed her food but for me it was a bad experience. The server was nice i still left her a tip. She deserved it it wasn't her fault the kitchen messed up.

I didn’t know what to expect when I was going in there for the first time. But I was blown away. The food and service here is amazing. It is fresh and good quality. They have a wide variety of options and delicious food. The chips and salsa are also very good. One of my favorite places to eat in Santa Paula, especially if you want Mexican food. Highly recommend it

I've ordered the pizza and Caesar salad from here during the pandemic and it quickly became a favorite. Finally tried the pasta tonight and was pretty pleased! Carbonara was the top choice on the table. We also had the pappardelle lemon cream pasta, chicken gnocchi, and pappardelle braised beef ragu. All fresh pasta and yummy but a little under salted in my personal opinion. Service was a little slow but they seemed low staffed. Favorite Caesar salad ever.

Food is okay, but for the prices it could be a lot better and sadly the service needs work and for phone orders , just really bad, waited nearly 30 minutes to have my order taken over the phone. Yes i know, at that point i should have just ordered somewhere else : Definitely not the best place to eat in person and especially through phone order.
