to enjoy the special Paella dinner. while the tapas and dessert were good, the paella definitiw was missing. the seafood version came very over boiled, krusty brown on the bottom. fortunately, it didn't taste delicious. the deer wild mushroom option was simply too dry lacking moisture. for a $100 meal, I expect it better.

great restaurant! fantastic French cuisine. from escargot to cheese and fruit and meat tablet (charcuterie) to dessert, to baguette with sauces to dessert strawberry cake, all magnifique! beautiful ambiente and first class service. my wife and I had a great date night.

four of us went to chez sami for our pre-Christmas celebration. everything was perfect! it was a delightful experience and our dinners were fabulous! many thanks for a beautiful evening!
Absolutely my favorite place in Lubbock/Wolfforth. An extremely talented chef and soux. We have been here several times with a variety of people and everyone has absolutely loved it. The speak easy vibe and the intimate atmosphere make this place one of the best places to eat in Lubbock!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, Chez Sami looks like an abandoned building. Yet, the inside is quaint with each table a little different from the next. You can order from the pre fixe menu or a la carte. Tonight, we chose a la carte. The food is amazing. We started with yummy escargot. The main course was the star. The filet de boeuf was cooked to perfection and by far one of the best steaks I’ve eaten. The strawberry crepe was a perfect finish to a delightful meal. I will be back!
