Drive through order taker was extremely rude and huffy when asked basic questions about the menu. It was like he didn’t want us to be there, fast food restaurants are getting way too comfortable mistreating their customers.

I've bn a loyal chick-fil-a customer since as far back as I can remember. The service is always immaculate and the food is the best when I comes to fast food chain operations. This was my 1st visit to this particular location and I wasn't pleased. They were prompt as always but my order was wrong twice and when I took my food back to the counter after my party and I decided to dine in I talked with the manager who was on duty at the time and this man mad me second guess if I even wanted to eat there He asked me seems like 20 questions before allowing me to return an item that I knew I didn't ask for and even after correcting my order he still asked more unnecessary questions which was ridiculous. I spend $80 that day and it was not worth it at all. This is not and should not be a reflection of all Chick-fil-A restaurants because for the most part Chick-fil-A kills it everytime. I still and always will love them. I'm just not sure that I will visit this location again

Food is always great, but if you're looking for any kind of service, better make sure you're anything but Caucasian. Otherwise, you'll get cut in front of and watch everyone else get served first, no matter how long you waited for refills or extra sauce. Happened to me twice in my one and only visit.
