This uses to be my favorite place for years. It's the worst in the Memphis Metropolitan. I just waited for 45 minutes in the Drive-thru line. The staff is very respectful as always, but the service is terrible. This is my third bad experience in this place. All other locations in Memphis are much faster, 15 minutes tops in Drive-thru, along with Curbside Pickup, which this location no longer offers. They would think that low staff, but it's a ton of people in this place. I hope they can bring it together soon, but for now it's not a way for me.

I have 826 there and have food at 906. There was a single line traffic and after 20 minutes the cars started to move around on the other side and slowed it even more. You need someone to control traffic or cones. I had to use enough gas where I drove 7 miles while I could wait. The person in the window was very nice. The coming was much faster. I have a handicap so it's hard, but they need a sign that you do this or something at the beginning of the line before you jam. Do not go back through the ride and cannot go back at all. Was very disappointed. To make it out of the food was not good.

Overall, great location and respectful staff. I give this a low-star rating, because I currently 3-for3 on this site, forget an element on our curb-side order. I feel respectful that I should?t have to check my bag just to make sure that I have all my food before I go, and it is quite annoying to come home, and to realize that someone does not have their actual meal. I understand haste and near the closing time, please work to ensure that all foods are provided at the door hop before they ever leave the kitchen and is given to the customer. Very annoying. I tried to catch someone as soon as possible as they closed, but I have no answer.

I waited 25 minutes in the car. Usually I would be upset, but I admire professional staff, efficiency and food. They do not experience the staff leaving; they are venerated. Keep the good work!! Not only did I wait for 25 minutes, but also others. None of me!

Food quality is what you'd expect and probably what you're wanting. However, the wait in drive thru was VERY long (25 minutes? and they haven't offered curbside pickup in months.

This visit was disappointing. I was in a long line at the drive thru and placed my order using the mobile app. After about 30 minutes, I make it to the window to only learn the salad I ordered was not available. There were two opportunities for the orderly to verify my order with the kitchen but they failed to do so. The salad was replaced with another but I had to wait additional time for it. I also ordered a Frosted Lemonade for my daughter who was home waiting to learn when she received the treat that it was a vanilla milkshake.. I understand the time of my visit was close to closing but I expect the same level of service up until the last customer leaves everyday. This is unusual and I hope they fix it before it becomes the norm...

Just another chic fill A. I have always been a fan of them when it comes to fast food. I love their spicy sandwich, and southwest salad, or morning biscuits. I love the way they manage their drive through crowd, especially since the pandemic time. This no contact drive through operation is the best in the us I guess. This location is just another usual chic fil A. However, they were pretty slow. I was visiting at a time after the usual peak dinner hours. So the crowd was far less. Still they took a long time to move. Well, I assume that?s a bad day. The food was usual. I was super hungry. So I ordered a southwest salad which was fresh and very filling. And a spicy sandwich, which was hot and exactly the way I love.

I mean what can I say, it?s Chick-fil-A! lol But seriously there was a LONG line like always, the staff was quick, friendly, and extremely nice! I placed my order got to the check out paid and received my order all in about 5 or so minutes even with the long line. The food was yummy BUT my one complaint is the fries had no salt.
