Chipotle Mexican Grill

Mobile ordered here while on the street it opened to eat after already left was completely the wrong things in the bowl. Ends until the whole thing throw away because she's sour cream and cheese on that I'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't even eat it when I wanted to try. Maybe you are looking at the order? work and simply don't throw random things in human bowls more. Today 30. October I ordered a big chip and guac and I got a small chip and no guac. You need to bring it together or turn it off because they don't care to get orders right.

I had to set 5 stars so everyone could see! I've been eating chipotle for years and I've never been sick. October 26th I ordered my bowl and felt very funny while eating it, so I immediately stopped about 2-4 hours later I broke and had crazy diarrhea nonstop for 2 days straight. Not sure what she did, but either the food/clothes was old or contaminated. Now I can never eat Chipotle again!

I am a long-standing Chipotle member, but the service and the food I received from this place was absolutely terrible and repulsive. They were sour because I didn't place my big order online, they rushed me and made every single product wrong and specifically made my whole order so sharp at the point where everyone didn't even eat their food, even they did not label each of the foods I ordered were changed. In addition, they thought I didn't speak Spanish and took the chance to talk badly about me and how I ordered online, especially the girl who rolled her eyes on me, but I surprised her when I ordered the rest of my food in Spanish. I didn't say anything at the moment because I was so overwhelmed and had to go before I made a scene, but management must know what kind of employees they have and how they treat their customers, especially the four ladies who made my food had the biggest cubits on their face. I hope her management does something about it.

I have been ordering for Chipotle for years and every time I get it from the chipotle on Century Blvd in Germantown MD I am usually always disappointed let down this is not the first time but definitely the last. Today I finally had it and will no longer ever go back and writing this review. Got food delivered and to start the chips were barley filled. This is not my first time at chipotle and there were exactly 17 chips in the bag..17(so for two people thats 7 chips each lol). Next was that i always get extra protein and seeing that I have been doing that for over 10 years I know what double is. The picture included is borderline one scoop let alone double which cost an extra $4. I dont need it to overfilled with protein but come on this was a joke and barely a regular serving. Lastly was the flavor which as usually from this chipotle, kind of bland and dry. All in all lesson learned and will stick to the two other chipotle that are in this area. Oh yea good luck trying to call them if there is an issue because that is a waste of time just leave a review or go straight to Chipotle website for the complaint. Hope this helps someone avoid being disappointed.

I ordered for 6 people total and our food didn't come out as expected. Quality of the food taste like it's left over from 2 nights ago, seriously! The quantity can be better but the quality of the food is not there. And come on, no utensils for real? You would expect from $100 worth of food. Bad experience

Waste of money!! I ordered a salad and only got 5 pieces of lettuce, was supposed to have extra chicken and only has a tiny bit on the side, no rice or green salsa or corn. Plus the bowl looked like they just dumped everything inside. Just save your money and go elsewhere.

Places an order online that was supposed to be ready by 7:20. Didn?t get it until 7:40. Got home, and found no more than 2 pieces of chicken in my chicken bowel. I don?t typically leave 1-star reviews but this one deserves it.
