I have been discussing several times since 2016 and recently a few times with the current owner. it's a real tasty to dinate here for high tee. the food was consistently well made and presented and the service was excellent. the salates have always been super fresh. the desserts turn and always differ slightly differently from the previous time. I can never go without buying a few bags from her loose tee that I can find anywhere else locally. parking is easy to find out on the street. love clancy’s tea cozy!

before an hour full of delicious tasty bites. so many tees to choose, a decent selection of crumbling and our individual teepots were often filled again. the friend had the squash soup and it was beautiful and thick. that's all. we'll be back soon.
tasty, authentic tee. high quality food and everything from scratch. one of the best high tees in the lower mainland. owners and employees are wonderful. in any case the trip is worth and just a few blocks from the beach. they have tee and a walk on a afternoon, they will be glad that they are!

This is the spot for High Tea. So authentic, so cozy, so good. This was my 2md time here and both times it's been A+
One of the best high teas Ive had to date , lots of yummy sweet and savoury items and the tea choices are perfect , Tables are spaced out perfectly for covid so you feel comfortable . Service was great and the servers were so nice She delivered the tiered food and went through what items that were there , never had that with a high tea , fantastic !
