bad customer service, took the wrong menu added to eat.
faster service. had camouflaged the taste of the day cream egg with caramel over it.
Went inside to order togo. Waited almost a half hour and when everyone that ordered after me kept getting their food i asked them if they had my order. Didnt have it.. so printed out the receipt from the computer and handed it to the cooks. Another 5 min they finally give me the bag, no “im sorry” or anything and they still forgot my fries! I usually dont write too many reviews but a little customer service goes a long way so just hoping a manager sees this and steps their game up a little. Not asking for alot!
Good place but lines are always very long. Food is fresh so understandable.
I ordered a vanilla ice cream with bananas and strawberries, and the taste of the ice cream tastes like lemon, and my ice cream had a wear texture like dirt and there was big CHUNKS of hard things that was a beige color! it wasn’t even food!!!!!
