Drive-Thru personnel at this site urgently need human skills and must be trained that the customer is the most important part of their business. the girl who worked the Drive-Thru was very rude, gave us the wrong food and then laughed over us and slapped the window when we asked for a reception. I know the employees are hard to come now, but after I wait an hour and a half in the car-thru and was treated with such disrespect, I felt like being nice. she obviously didn't care about her customer service.

Eat is good. internal service is always difficult. it seems to be a zero organization of the server. they do not seem to have a set area with different tables throughout the dining room, so they never know what is going on with their own customers. I have tried to make my order from the table phone only to get service. then they have the server standing around and doing nothing. but eating is good.

it was our daughter-in-law birthday and had never been there and wanted chicken fried steak. the service was excellent and eating hot and better than I remember, really good. overall it was a good time

Great food and good prices for size of food you get. Too bad the sides are a-la-cart.

The food was good, but they left part of our order out. When I called them, they offered to make it me come back to get it but I was on the other end of town. So they offered me credit, but the credit would only be good for about a week.

I watched that poor cook try to work while 6 teenager employees just stood in a knot talking and looking at their phones. Maybe this place would be faster if the cook didn't have such impediments. And maybe it would be cheaper if they didn't have 6 non-working people on the payroll.

Why have we not stopped here before?! The most amazing customer service I have experienced since moving here last April We walked in and were greeted so warmly that we both paused to internally process whether we knew her or not? Our waitress was delightful, attentive, and funny. She had us both laughing the whole time! The food was super delish as well... we had chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and onion rings. OMG let me tell you about those onion rings. Fresh cut, hand battered fried goodness?. Those ain't no frozen things that other restaurants try to serve. The gravy is also super tasty with a lovely butter flavor (I'm so dang picky about white gravy, this was super scrummy The regular unsweetened iced tea was perfect and the cherry limeade was the best we've ever had. Seriously, this place is some bomb nosh, perfect for a kick back lunch or dinner.Del Rancho, y'all keep up the top notch awesome and we'll see you again soon
