a large paprika and speck ordered. I wanted to go upstairs and pay. it was said that we continued and park until the order was finished. waited and waited and finally called dions. I told the male representative that I waited for my order and he said he would get the manager. I was waiting. After a few minutes I finally went inside and told the people including the manager about my disappointment with the lack of service and asked them if they wanted my business. the manager said nothing and then brought my order. when I came home and examined the pizza closer, I saw that there were no more than 5 to 6 pieces of speck on the whole pizza. this is the, not first, not second, but the third time that they have done this, which seems to be a simple large paprika and bacon pizza. we spend a lot of money at dions and are never properly compensated for our inconvenience and lack of proper customer service. if what their aims are to respect and act as if the customer is the problem, then they do the good.

2/5/22 we had no problem in the when. we were told that it would take 65 min so that we waited, then we did there and I wondered why they didn't review the pizza as they usually do. the ham was cooked after the pizza and the pizza slices were all separated. At some point, each piece floated around the box, as a baptism of single pieces were thrown together to make us. the salat in my salat was brown and I guess the truthahnsalat does not come with much truthahn or tomate or gurken or tweeper and paprika? sad to say we will pass dions for one because.
it was a wonderful experience. eating was fantastic. the only negatiw I could think of is the pick-up for their pick-up can be tricky if the traffic is heavy as it returns to the road.
I've been at this place for about three years a week and I have to say that I have to think about it now. the quality of the product is generally the same, but they have steadily reduced the size of their proportions and increased their prices. the staff became less and less attentive to ordering and my order was repeatedly grounded in the last few months. a few weeks ago I gave an salate because it was the completely wrong salate. I asked for a refund and the manager was completely inhospitable. she gave me my money and kicked me out of the door. it is sad to see that one of my favorite Saturday negotiations has fallen so far.
Eat here often never had any problems foid is great untill last week. Im still giving it 4 stars just wish could of got reimbursed or something...
Food is good but waiting forty minutes for a pizza and sandwich not even during a lunch or dinner time is insane.
Dion's used to be my families go to for many many years and for many reasons to include decline in quality of food, we stopped dining at the Albuquerque locations. However, I've been to the Dions in Los Lunas twice within the last couple months and I must say, I am throughly impressed. Staff is friendly and prompt and the food is outstanding. Pizza is not dripping in oil nor is the crust like rubber. The salads are fresh and they don't skimp on meat or toppings. Keep up the good work Los Lunas Dion's!!
We called in the order as we were in Albuquerque driving towards Las Tunas we got to Los Lunas when inside the pizza was not done yet after 40 minutes since the first call it still was not ready and they informed us it would be at least another 30 minutes once we got the pizza it really didn’t taste like Dion’s pizza was not very good at all the does seem to be a little white so I don’t believe it was cooked all the way I’m not sure that I will ever go back very disappointing used to be a great place to eat
