now. I usually try to support local businesses as well as possible. I'll tell honestly, please cut their losses and walk them out of the run of a restaurant as soon as they can. this place is far from a restaurant. if they are left without a choice, but to serve their son/family member as a server and he has absolutely no business to be a server and they are the chef and the server as their own. I highly recommend getting a restaurant advisor for 3 months and being open. it will pay itself within 9 to 12 months. eating was really sad. even the ketchup tasted cheap and tasted less and was probably bought by hispanic g-store down the street. only thankful that I have made my lunch to be honest. fry your chips in small batches and season with salt. use yellow corn-torillas. remember that people pay for eating when it is executed at a high level, even if it is only burritos and enchiladas. I am grateful when the owner asked me how my food was. I'm sorry I lied to you. I wish you the best.

this place was one of the best places to eat in los lunas. I'm biased because I worked here for 2 years with the old owners, although after they went to retirement, the new management let this place go. the service is not the best and is hard understated. it's pretty sad to see the former golden crown case.
I've eaten this afternoon. great local atmosphere. waitress was quick and friendly. fresh food for the price. we will return soon. I highly recommend this place.

This was one of our favorite restaurants but after they changed owners the food wasn't as good the restaurant was dirty and their prices had really gone up! I was very disappointed. There were Chile sacks and Chile seeds all over as you entered the Resturant. It looked tacky! I will never go back!
I ordered to go and ordered two taco plates, on the website it states taco plates are $7.99 when I went in the total was $25.88, so I said the price online I says $7.99 and she said sorry that’s not my website that is the old owners and they refuse to take it down, so I paid anyway..Taco shells were very stale and the meat had no flavor, definitely not worth what I paid, the sopapillas were good but that’s about all, will definitely not be going back.
Disappointed don’t waste your money. I used to come here with my mom and dad for years and it was amazing. Since they sold the restaurant it has gone down hill everyone said it but I needed to check it out myself. We ordered chips and salsa and they brought out a half a basket of chips and the salsa bowl was not even half full. We didn’t make it to the entree because there was a big hair in our salsa so we told them we did not want to dine at the restaurant. Based off this experience and all the reviews and everyone’s options being that we are local we will not be going back.
The pork chops and eggs were soo tasty. Especially the home fries. The portions were so big I couldn't finish them. I'm a big eater. Really, that breakfast had it's own zip code. Truly the best value in The area. Get in here.
