Domino's Pizza

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I placed my order at 4:28, it was delivered at 5:58. My four garlic diving sauces I paid were not delivered and my food warns hot, it's a little over room temperature. I called the manager Joshua at 5:28 and asked for my order. Joshua told me it was delivered by the way. I told him I set the order at 4:18, and he was rude and said I knew it. The delivery time is 5:30 I didn't get an apology or reason for my food to deliver a ridiculous amount of time. When Dylan finally arrived with my order, I asked if it was still hot. He put his hand on the boxes and told me it was. He just lied to me. After I bought my food and realized it wasn't hot or fresh and that I didn't get my garlic sauce, I called back the store. I talked to Ryan who was polite and said they called people today, and when the deliveryman came to the store, he would send him back with the garlic sauce. Ryan sounded sincere in his apology, but I'm angry that Joshua, the shop manager who made my order, is so incompetent and was extremely rude for me. Joshua's actions and additions are unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If I'm not home, I can't go so sick to get my own food. I wouldn't have paid for this order. To complete everything, it took an hour for them to bring me the garlic sauce and the Domino's shop is only 10 minutes away from my house.

2 large pizza ordered at 11:00 and although it was late the staff was very nice and in good mood. The Chicken Alfredo Pizza was great, and the second pizza that Hamburger, Paprika had onions, was O.K., but could have used more hamburgers. It took only 15 minutes to get the pizza, so the service was fast. If the second pizza had more hamburgers on it, I would have given them a 5-star rating instead of 4 stars.

I work at the Blountville site, but I'm also a customer. The food I buy is always exactly what I expect. The atmosphere, although sometimes hastened, is relaxed and friendly. My employees are wonderful people who in many hours only bring their customers joy in the food we serve. My GM is simply the best, and if you had no chance to meet him and see what he does for this place and its community, it must be changed! Very recommended the location of Blountville Domino.

My pizza was cold of course that was the last time and chance for them.

F!! STAY AWAY! I ordered a medium pizza. 3 hours later I was in the restroom for 5 days. I cannot prove it, but this place made me incredibly sick. Avoid at all costs. It was delivered really quickly, however. Will never go back.
