friendly staff. they are always short on stock! they raised the prices are 20 cent lower, but can not supply most products. they are continuously made from large tassen, raw, filled minis, croissants and strawberry cream cheese. they turn off the grill early because they don't have the personal to guide it. one morning at 8 o'clock they had no donuts! that's been happening for over a year.

I hope the owner reads this review. had set up an interview for 11 o'clock today. I received a text message and email to confirm the interview on the day before and confirmed both. today for my interviewed early at 10:40 clock advised just to say no one knew about the interview and the manager called out sick. Here's a reason.
Although understated, they try their best, and they should be damn proud of themselves! to keep cool with costumers and appendages on hourly/minutty basis! I enjoyed the drinks I got there and what a doughnut they left. their kind, they listen, and after the hell they go through with some people, I think a smile and a thank you, is all they want(! there is now a sign that shows them nice) that is how bad this has become so that the least I can do is in the did, smile and say understood, thanks even if they don't have a crazy coffee choice that I asked! I can go home and make it myself if I wanted to, then bad! be nice!
I was in charge yesterday when I took money to pay a envelope I was not aware that there was a $100 dollar bill in him in my search to find it, the manager said that I dropped it and it was in the safe I went and got it. honesty can be hard, no one had to tell me or give back, I didn't know that I made my day for sure what I had, how honest people can.
Awful, Completely burnt. At least the iced coffee was drinkable.
Try to order a drink for my daughter and they didn't have whipped cream so I try to order her a salted caramel drink and they they didn't have the ingredients to make that either. Just drove away with nothing. The girl on the speaker seriously needs an attitude adjustment, just plain rude. As a Canadian visitor this location is by far the worst service I've received yet. Do better Dunkin!
The espresso machine was down when we were there, and the lady at the counter was not very helpful. Dunkin's menu was a little difficult to follow for someone accustomed to Caribou, ended up just ordering a cold brew with a flavor shot and it was just ok.
First: waited far too long in drive thru. Second: they had no granulated sugar, mocha, caramel... Didn't tell me they didn't have any granulated sugar until I got around to the drive-thru after waiting for 20 minutes. Said they were waiting on their truck to come in. I asked for extra cheese in my wake up wrap and they didn't use American used mozzarella I think. Not a good morning at this place. Nice people though.
