not impressed. unfortunately not the best situation. in that I will probably avoid it from now on, depending on what happens after my complaint I have submitted. food order regularly ground; latte filled with ground after they let know that it needs to operate their machine and not fix; slowest drive through. the people seem friendly enough, but now, if all the others are going to find out, I'm sure this can be.

would give 0 if I could. I love dunkin, but this load is terrible. I will always be overloaded, 98%chance my order will be wrong, and they are terrible with food. this load needs help. After working with dünkins for years, I know the days are busy. but this one has one from every day.
in which always go to this dunkins and were always happy! they get my order right and the coffees I order come perfect! I see so many negative reviews because they have little personal, but this is not the fault of the employees. today I ordered my usual two frozen coffees through the app and they were ready when I arrived and they had handwritten notes on the cups that lightened me up! the people have to give the employees a bit difficult. They're sometimes grounded and that's okay. we're all human.
every time it is the same experience. something wrong with the coffee, simply pour the ingredients in and expect the customer to stir it before we drink it, coffee on the whole lid or the side or in this case both. the smallest amount of cold foam available, even if I got the same price for it at another place and got a little more than normal. that's the worst place, downstairs.
Tried this location twice. The first time the employees ignored the online order even though I could see it on the screen they said there was a problem with their machine, but then they handed me the receipt that printed as it was working. The second most recent time had to wait in line 10 minutes with only one other car in line. No others pulled out from being served. The lobby was locked with a hand written sign that said “short staffed” and again I had to make them aware of the online order which I then had to continue to wait while they made it.I had even given extra time from when I placed the order so they would have time to see the order.

I just went there got a medium coffee gave her $100 bill the girl just looked at me and said OK thank you in wasn’t gonna give me any change then dig me change and gave me $90 on top of supposed to be getting a chocolate chip muffin and they gave me a cranberry definitely need to pay attention have no idea what’s wrong with the girl at the front but she cannot go in is obviously struggling to do a job if I can give you zero stars I would
