friendly staff that welcomes them as they go. faster service with a smile. clean restaurant. great subdivision. I had perfectly roasted the turkey bacon base that was full of veggies fastening. great lunch today.

not compare, but the best sub, I was at this place like 3 times, all three times madison was very helpful respectful and professional, she is the hard work there

Stopped by today on my way home to grab a bite. They greeted me as I entered...welcome to firehouse. I tried the medium turkey bacon ranch sub and it was very good. The cashier gave me the recommendation and it was really good. The manager and young guy that made my sub were awesome bc I had some variations to my sub order. Great service. Great vibe. I will return. I thought the had good interaction with guests as well as myself.

This review is not on the food… that’s a 5 star… this review is on the overall experience specific to my needs. I do a lot of lunch meetings for medical offices. Most National chain restaurants have reward programs and online ordering… so does firehouse subs, except earning the rewards sucks. I tried placing a LARGE order (25 pp After 25 minutes getting everything into the cart, I was sent to delivery dudes and had to sign up through them, forfeiting all reward points. Rewards are only for dine in or pick up orders. Back to the ease of use of Panera or corporate-caterers for my events where rewards are given no matter how you get your food or who delivers it.

Whether you order in person or delivery this location is basically guaranteed to get your order wrong. I ordered through Uber eats and I specifically called to say please read the notes. I asked to speak to a manager to make sure my order was correct. I explained my order has been made wrong the last few times I ordered. I said if my order would be wrong I’d be contacting corporate about this location. The manager made my order. And guess what. They STILL got my order wrong. After all that they still got it wrong. It’s mind blowing. I asked for tomatoes on my sub. Didn’t get that. I asked for my sauce on the side. Didn’t get that. I asked for my sub to be double toasted in the notes and they made a note on my receipt saying they can’t double toasted it because it will burn the bread. I’ve gotten my sub double toasted for years and it’s never extremely burnt kand so what if I do like my bread burnt! Give the customer what they ask for! They ignore all my notes and leave a note next to the one they intentionally didn’t give me. This place is terrible! Will never return to this location. I don’t write reviews unless a place has messed up over and over again and we’ll here I am. Someone needs to get involved and retrain the staff here. You

Order 4 tuna subs. Guess they trying to ration the tuna cuz there is little literally 4 table spoons on each sub. Pathetic!
