Customer service is good nothing wrong lady is nice,but cannoli...I was expecting to get a fresh tasty cannoli, since it’s one of my fav deserts. Terrible, pastry dough is very hard and tastes like plastic and creamy filling is also bad, too sweet not like real fresh cannoli. Chocolate chips on top are also not good. We end up to throw away this desert. Sorry, I don’t recommend at all.

Good cookie dough, horrible service. The boy seemed nice but I could barely hear the kid when he was talking to me, he seemed more like an unmotivated person who just wanted a side job. I asked for ice coffee and it seems more like huge chunks of ice with very little coffee. And huge chunks of, I guess flavoring? Not even melted or blended in. Maybe they have a different way of doing things but it seemed weird to me. When I was finished in line it seemed like they were in a rush and the coworker was just standing behind him and not even helping him. I asked several times nicely if I could have a straw and a spoon to go with the coffee and the cookie dough, but they ignored me and my friend asked and they ignored her also. I had to get utensils from elsewhere.

This is the best idea and food I have ever had. What a great idea to put gelato and cookie dough together. Amazing!. Customer service is excellent. The owner speaks with every person individually as if he is your best friend. Awesome food awesome service awesome price!
