Gildas' Lake Street Bakery

the first time I tried a lemon blueberry cake, I was chopped. any pastry, crepe or other items I bought from there was absolutely delicious. I'm really glad we got the best baked in our little community.

Their apple and homemade caramel crepes are delicious! All their bakery items are fantastic!

Best scones, muffins, quiche, baguette more! We were introduced to this wonderful French bakery when visiting friends who have a home in East Jordan. Whenever we find ourselves visiting them or simply driving thru the area, this is a MUST STOP! Thanks so much to Gildas for continuing to bake and offer his baked goods for sale in these trying times! Merci!!!

Probably the best bakery I've been to. The crepes were excellent. We purchased a bunch of other pastries, and they were all so scrumptious. Our group consisted of 10, we got 14 crepes I think, and they were very patient and accommodating for this large of an order on short notice. They told us it would take 45 minutes, and we were totally fine with that and also let another couple go before us, but it ended up only taking about 20 minutes. We were in the area for a long weekend, and ended up going back to load up on more pastries before heading home (which added 50 minutes to the ride home).

Staff are friendly and the pastries are incredible. Not much else you can ask for
