her customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered to eat on their website, my order on 5:40 clock on a Friday night. the email confirmation I received said the order would be ready at 18:05. my man picked it up a few minutes before 18:05 a.m., they told him there n and they just started ordering. he waited, I called several times for updates, because I am very pregnant and hungry. At 18:40 I asked him again to check because it had been an hour since I originally offered and 40 minutes since he had been there. the host went back to the kitchen, came out and told him that it is not ready yet. he had to ask her how much longer she was because she was supposed to be finished at 18:05. she went back to the kitchen then came out, sat another table and disappeared several minutes. When she came back, she said that the kitchen couldn't tell her how much longer, at this point it was almost 6:50pm. I told my man to cancel the order and get a refund because we no longer wait when they don't try or offer any kind of real customer service for their fault. I was originally not angry when they didn't start it until he got there, I get it, things happen, it gets busy. but wait after 40 minutes, can they not yet tell us when it is done or offer any kind of excuse or seem like they try and take care of us as customers? when my husband spoke to the host, because this is the only person who has communicated with him so far to cancel the order and receive a refund, she got the manager and she came up and just said, "care, they must get to doordash or whoever they have gone to receive a refund." then she left. that's it. my man had to get them back because we ordered directly via the restaurant website, not a third-party service, or so we thought. she came back and told him that her website used another company to get online orders and we need to contact them. then she went away, no customer service, no attempt to help us or save the order. Actually, you eat really tastes good, but I'm not with people who don't care to help.
