Picked up a catering order (tires and pommes) and they did not deliver any ketchup in the bag...c'mon now Canes, you can better. Chicken strips were as usual good.
One of the best customer service I received from a Canes restaurant! I arrived late to my online order (which was totally my fault) and the workers offered to delete my order since it was? no longer warm. Such a mental gesture! I kindly said no, because it was my fault that I arrived late, but this is about customer service!
This is the 3 finger combination that costs almost $7. I set up a single French frit next to the chicken to show how small the chicken is. It's basically a 3 Nugget Combo at this point. I'm done wasting money here.
First time to dine-in at a stand-alone Cane's (used to frequent one at the shopping mall in Louisiana) and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Love their sauce and lemonade.
Used to be good. 4 tenders is more like 2 1/2. It's sad to see a place I thought was good go downhill so fast. Need a new chicken place. I wonder if zaxby is any good.
We had a wonderful dinner at this location tonight!! The food and drinks were spot on. The employees were plentiful and very pleasant and helpful!! The music was a little loud but not uncomfortable. Also, it was very crowded with a lot of traffic but again not uncomfortable. The bathroom was warm. Lastly, the cleaner they used to clean the tables was not offensive.
Always delicious. This chicken is better than any other fried chicken fast food chain I know of. Service is always quick and friendly in Friendswood. And that dipping sauce is the reason I love this place as a whole. This is also one of the few cole slaws I like. ??
