Harps Food Store #394

Great employee owned store...friendly, helpful, great prices...even a deli. Just moved to Hot Springs and was happy to discover this.

The manager of the store sided with an unmasked customer inside the store who said it was none of my business why she wasn 't wearing a mask. One deli employee agreed with the customer, saying, I don 't think you should have to wear one, either. I figure if you 're gonna get it, you 're gonna get it. I loved shopping at Harp 's until today. I left my cart full of groceries and left the store crying because people like the unmasked woman (whose picture I won 't post because her children are in it) are cruel and heartless. And they get away with it by turning the tables on those of us who are trying to protect our family and neighbors and calling US rude! I won 't be shopping here again, which makes me very sad.

Best Harps in Hot Springs! Actually had TP on the shelves and clorox wipes. Plus, the cleanliness inside and outside is obvious. Cart wipes available at the door. This was the only Harps I could do an online pick-up order from a couple weeks back. The temporary signage is neat and clear. Store employees are friendly and helpful as always!

Great place to get staples. Bummed that more stores around AR done have organic foods. So much processed foods around here. Was happy to see that they carried Boar's Head meats. Store was nicely laid out. Easy to get around in. Hot bar had catfish. Wow! Easy in and out place. Friendly staff.

Good selection. Deals vary from product to product. Very noisy and stressful with loud music and refrigeration compressor noise. A lot of rude and pushy customers. Meat sale was awesome. Need to turn music down and put compressors on the roof or outside.

This is the most well organized grocery store I have ever been to. The employees are friendly and helpful. Everything is in order. The aisles are clean and fully stocked. I will always come to this store when I am in the area.
