This Jack in the Box (Downtown Honolulu) is by far the best one than any other Jack's on the Island. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile. They always get my order right every time and they are quick. I've been going to this Jack in the box for a very long time, so I know, when I make this review, I can provide facts. The staff are friendly, helpful and funny.

Went for lunch last week. Had the ultimate burger. Asked if I may have garlic butter instead of ketchup and mayonnaise. Wow! The burger was great.Came in for a second time for the ultimate burger. They don't have restrooms service for their customers. Had to go to Wal-Mart to use their restroom. So, went to McDonald's to get the Double Quarter Pounder. That's bad service!!!? ???
