I always order for pick up. Consistently good sandwiches

Consistent with all the other JJs flavor wise Everything was quick and fresh, abided to allergy regulations and more. Staff was friendly and kind, efficient and definitely well trained, everything came out in a flash. Bathroom was extremely clean, and even smelled good. Would visit again

I picked up sandwiches for a party, twenty to be exact that were then cut in half. The woman (who I believe is also an owner) seemed so angry and belligerent. She had absolutely zero customer service or interpersonal skills as evidenced by the way she interacted with her employees. Even the way she threw wrapped sandwiches to the side just seemed filled with anger. I don’t what her deal is but leave your issues at home and don’t take them out on the sandwiches, or customers.

My daughter probably homemade ham and cheese and there was one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. slices are super thin I won’t ever get another one there’s no taste to the sandwich at all without amount of meat.

I used to go here a couple of times a week, then I heard Jimmy was a big game game hunter and I ain't down with that so I stopped going. I could taste that bread for like 4 years and my friend said Jimmy isn't involved with this place anymore, he sold. So I went back and I wish I hadn't nothing like what I remember. But the good news I'm already over it. Haha

Ben ordering here for months and now all of a sudden their “delivery” area has changed and they refuse to deliver to me even though I am a huge patron and have been ordering from this SAME jimmy johns for MONTHS. Manager offered NO help and was very pushy. Wish I could give zero stars. What a waste this place has gone to. Trust me. Get jersey mikes.

The service here is awful. I worked for JJs for three years and I never met a team as lazy as this one. You'll walk in and they'll just sit there having personal conversations for three minutes before they even address you.
