Service was slow. And beware of the "All you can eat " fish and chips. Apparently that does not include the chips although it CLEARLY was posted on special board as "ALL YOU CAN EAT FISH AND CHIPS" was disappointed to only be offered fish. Price $17.95. There were 8 of us.
We ate here on Thursday 22nd December and the food was very good. the service was somewhat poor as I waited 30 minutes for my Greek Salad with Feta Cheese. We ordered 2 Caesar Salads to take away and they were not ordered so we did not get them in time and as this was lunch and we were returning to work the salads were not received. Food was good WHEN we received it.
The service was great! We didn't have a reservation, but they set up a table very quickly for us. The food was very good. I would highly recommend this place.
Love their sunday brunch and very friendly awesome waffles too and good price with beautiful scenary nothing else to say
Food was decent, had to try their famous hand cut potato chips - tasty but a little greasy. The western sandwich was served on a "focaccia" bun, a little too much bread. However, the chicken gumbo was excellent. As good as gumbo I had down South in the States. Nice and flavourful, and not too spicy. Delicious.
The Chicken Club is a great option as its a chicken breast like a club on a ciabatta bun. The special Kenogami Chips are also very good and appetizing. If you are in the area definitely a place to stop in and have a meal.
The view here watching the sun go down is amazing. It made the tawdry service amusing rather than disappointing. Good size meals which we all freshly made and a decent size. Well populated by older customers though this might have been because it was a public holiday.
