yesterday I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich big box eating and it was not only hot and fresh, but very tasty. I didn't happen to catch the name of the woman in the window, but she was super friendly and I could say had a very nursing attitude. I don't usually write this, she did a great job and deserves a scream. once again, eating was great and I didn't taste the new sweet lightning mt. dew, but that's not her fault.

the restaurant could use some updates and a deep cleaning. employees are not always friendly and helpful. there must be problems in the administration, as the personal work was a problem that was even pre-coordinated. everything that is said when they fritted chicken and only meet the recipe of colonial at the point, the other problems can be overlooked.

The food is yummy, but they are understaffed, much like so many places lately. Went the other night and was told at the drive-thru they were out of chicken and it would be 20th minutes before they'd have any again. Today, I used the online app to order for quick pickup. It wasn't quick. Food was good and staff were polite, but they need more people working shifts for a busy as they stay.

Wrong order after a 15 min wait at the drive thru. Told myself to check the bag, left it up to faith and was disappointed. This spot is 4 out 5 for wrong orders. At least the other times it was doordash and I could get refunded.

Went to KFC in Crestview and they cared more about the drive thru than the people ordering on the inside. Had to wait for awhile to get our food and the chicken wings were tough from sitting under the heating lamp to long.

Ordered online. Missing all sauces for the tenders, French fries was less than half full, missing requested plates. KFC needs to get quality workers or simply temporary shutdown until then.
