La Morenita Mexican Seafood

Ordered two shrimp tacos for lunch and was disappointed ? not what I expected for $6.25 per taco. More like a cabbage taco. Shrimp were finely diced and hardly any ... oh well left

I personally had the Menudo to which I never order out because of restaurants lack of freshness and attention to detail. The service was excellent too bad I didnt get the young lady's name but she helped us out incredibly well. Food was very clean if you know mexican restaurants they don't really pay attention to the esthetics of the food being served to you. Menudo was cutt into good sizes as to fit well into your mouth and enjoyed. I chose the chips instead of tortillas which was a great choice. My wife had enchilada de pollo with the green sauce. Tasty! Buy one get one free beer..can't beat that. Must of been a special so I may ask about this next time I go in. But we say outside in the small patio and it was pleasant. Bring a small fly deterrent because they may be a nuisances. I will go back for sure to try many more dishes. Thanks again to the young lady who assisted us in our enjoyment of good food. Well be back !

Enjoy eating at La Morenita and relaxing with friends and with the excellent people that work there. Their service is always amazing from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

Brought my 10 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter out to eat for breakfast and they were obsessed with the food! Mind you they are picky eaters! My son got red enchiladas w/queso and my daughter got red chilaquiles, I got a Chile relleno with a green chicken enchilada. The food was served so beautifully and it taste as good as it looked! The first Mexican restaurant in Hemet that actually makes you feel like your eating a home cooked meal! So much flavor! Can’t wait to go back for dinner and try other dishes!! Definitely coming back ? also the customer service was great! Ladies were attentive and very sweet.

A hidden gem with some delicious Mexican food. The place is nothing fancy, but the flavorful food leaves with a smile. The waitress was very sweet and cater to our needs. I has the shrimp tacos with chilaquiles salsa, it was heaven on earth.

I ordered the Sopes. They were soggy. Husband ordered tacos de Carne Asada. They were bland and meat looked pale. Not going back.
