Laid Back Poke Shack

Hands down the best Poke in Salt Lake City for your money. Best value, taste, quality and customer service. The bowl was incredibly substantial, they did not jump on any of the beats or proteins. The taste options are also fantastic! The construction of your own bowl can take a while if you are indecision like me. I went with the Kimchi shrimps and ginger ahi. Both were so tasteful and well prepared. They had prepared my order in time and gave me a smile. No complaints. I definitely come back.

Love this place! I order them food almost every week. Your Poke bowls are so delicious and I personally think they have the best mosube in town. I'll say I've only been to the actual location once. I usually get a delivery. But every experience there, regardless of it, was excellent! Thank you.

My husband and I are HUGE fans of poke, but also very picky! When we moved to Utah from Southern California, we tried a couple places and basically decided Utah just wasn't the place to eat poke. I am SO GLAD we decided to try Laid Back Poke Shack tonight, it was incredible. Truly. There are SO many different options of fish and they are all super fresh and flavorful they even tell you where it was flown in fresh from. All the toppings are included which is great too (there are a lot of places in CA that charge for every single topping! It honestly rivaled our favorite place in California. I can't wait to come back!!

If you have never had poke you need to stop by Laid Back Poke like now. There are signature bowls and build your own and damn it's so yummy. The staff is quick, friendly and patient (which is really good because I'm annoyingly indecisive when building my own bowl). Great location too.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately did not. The bowl had no flavor. I had to come home and put my own condiments in there to make it taste okay. The servings are very small. They say ?unlimited toppings ? but they serve you with the tiniest spoon. My quest to find good poke in utah continues.
