Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered pickup online and was superior to $20.50 for a deep dish. It was said in the store because I ordered it online. Obviously you will be charged an additional $1.50 per item if you consider the deep record, although it says $13.50 on their website?! That's the explanation I got from who the girl was, that was responsible. Responded to reimbursing the $7 I was overloaded. Ready with those scams. Nice racket they run, the mafia would be proud!

Pizza was so sloppy and greasy that I couldn't eat it.

Campbell County has scaryly terrible fast food restaurants, possibly the worst in the state, but this Little Caesars is the last boss bad fast food. When using the portal where you order online and should bypass the line, they have never, not a single time, got the order right. Everyone who works here has a general look at lost depth boredom, so that the pizzas are so defunct that even the Ninja turtles had thrown back in ecles.

I waited till my 4th trip to leave a review. All 4 trips I've not left in under 30 minutes. The first trip 2 weeks ago was a call in. They gave my order away TWICE . I called it in and ONE HOUR later finally Got to leave with what I ordered. no exaggeration!!! The last 2 trips i waited 30 minutes for one pepperoni and one pretzel pizza and one Italian cheese bread. There were SEVERAL unhappy customer while I was there there every time I've went. This last trip for 2 pretzel pizzas will be my last trip . There is NO organization and obviously lacking good management. I've worked in pizza places when I was younger and these kids apparently have NO guidance working there. No one k ow what's going on. This place needs new management . I'm not one to complain much because I know how customer service can be..but there is no excuse for it to be this bad.

It always seems very unorganized! I've had other orders that were received after I placed mine and yet they gave 2 people behind me their orders first! I'm not one to complain about petty, nick-picky stuff and I understand how it is to go to work and from the moment you arrive it all seems to go every which way but right! So I do have empathy. All I'm saying is be kind, respectful and don't let emotions control you!

Courteous employees. Waited 5 minutes for them to complete my order for a Hot N Ready pizza it was hot when they got it ready). Good pizza. Not quite as much pepperoni as I have received at LC, Knoxville, but still very good.

We ordered a pizza today at 8:23pm and the estimated time for it to be ready was 8:37-8:42pm. At 8:27 pm I got a notification on my phone that the pizza was ready for pickup. We arrived at 8:34 and grabbed the pizza. We told the manager that there was no way it was fresh when it supposedly took only 4 minutes to cook. The manager just wanted to argue and when we tried to show her the proof that it was just ordered at 8:23 she tried to say that was the pickup time not the order time even though it was obvious it wasn't. She argued that she cooked it and she knew it was fresh. However, you could tell the pizza was old because the Pepperoni's were all shriveled up and it wasn't very hot. So we said we just wanted our money back and she got an attitude and said we don't give cash and we said well wel it on our card. So she did and then as we walked out they threw the old, nasty pizza up onto the hot plate for someone else to get. I have pictures for proof of times ordered, estimated pickup time and the time it said it was ready.
