This place is definitely worth the ride from Missoula! The food is authentic, the portions are large, and the staff is always very nice and treat you like family! The only negative is that the dining area is a little outdated; but let us face, that is not why you come for the delicious food! I recommend to the chef the sampler who is a plate with several different Italian dishes that always change. Her Calamari is also dying for! This is by far the best Italian food I've ever eaten!

Great. Marie's has the best Italian food I've eaten in Montana. That may not sound so much, but it's really good. What Marie's is a bit unpleasant is the food procedure that they are only open weekends and then you must have a reservation. When you arrive there, go first to the counter where the owner cook works and handwritten index cards show the dishes available for the evening. After deciding what you want, go to the hostess you sit and tell her what you decided to order. Not bad, just different. Once the food arrives, it's worth it!
