great food and great service

customer service was average. a plate fine (rib) not so fine (primary rib.) experience was wonderful! great outsight.

Such an awesome place to visit. Very quiet, time turns slower there. The lodge is amazing! The restaurant is also very good. They have taken a beating in ratings, but its not their fault. Its hard to get people to work. When they are full staff they are second to none. So pay no attention to negative reviews. I hate that people are so relentless, and intolerant of circumstances. people need to be kinder and more understanding. McCloud Mountain is our favorite place to stay.

Made reservations at the restaurant November 20 21 for the family. View was awesome but that’s all I can say good about it. Service was slow, food was very overpriced, There were 14 of us and no one‘s food was good everything was cold and very bland or undercooked. I’ve been there several times in the past years ago and the food was good back then but not now.

The woman who initially greeted us was spectacular. She said she was the first employee hired. However our server was sub par. We ordered at 4:00 and at 6:03 our food finally came out. I had to get my own silverware for my table, and get to go to the back to ask for a refill.

The views are stunning!! Friendly staff, great service and the best food!!
