Was treated very well tonight at Soldotna McDonald. Was on the way to a meeting at the Emergency Response Center and stopped to get a drink, the employee asked about my purple shirt and wanted to thank me for the job we do with our canines in times of crisis or disaster. Thanks for buying my drink!
Your McChicken are great with Chick-fil-A sauce! ...if there is no Chick-fil-A
There was an absolutely brilliant gentleman called Erik. He was very sweet and he made my day really feel so much better and I can't thank him enough. He is definitely a positive addition to her McDonald team.
Unlike the Kenai McDonald's, this Soldotna branch is more efficient and doesn't get the order wrong as often. Despite long lines they tend to get them through faster then Kenai as well.
The food was made correctly and tasted good. However, the employee working the drive thru was unfriendly probably because it was getting close to closing time.
Okay so review writing isn't really my thing, but much love to whatever employee wrote this on my nuggets tonight. I had a rough day and this made me smile...
Unorganized, long lines, slow service, unclean, food not to standard, short staffed, go elsewhere!
