Only MacDonalds I've ever been to where the manager takes your cash then goes to the kitchen to make your food cause they're the only one on shift.

I ordered 4 coffees and a McMuffin, the girl said $7.30, I gave her $10.30 and had to ask for my three dollars, she then asked someone to open the register because she had to give "HER" $3.00. I asked for my muffin she told me I didn't order one and "Oh well have a good day. TERRIBLE

Customer service was decent but VERY slow. Food ordered was alright, Quarter Pounder was overcooked and tough. Not likely to stop here again in the future.

Haven't been to this McDonalds for months... Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 coffees, both triple triples.Finally get said coffees and I check them (Yes, this place had gotten so bad I had to start checking everything before I left the window). take off both lids and one is very dark, and one is very light. Hmmmm.Pull out of the drive-thru to keep from holding up the line of cars that had already waited as long as I had, and take to coffees inside to see what went wrong and get them fixed. Unfortunately, all I got inside was a whole lot of attitude and argument. At one point I was even asked if I had tried stirring them before I brought them back...Worst customer service ever :( Will not be getting any more of my business.

No matter what time of day this resteraunt always seems to be slow and disorganized the people working there have no pride in customer satisfaction and my food has never been satisfactory.

Line up for food and wait was long. 3 people as we could see only working. This was at 7 on a Saturday night. People were waiting a long time for their food. 1 woman that came in and ordered just before us got her food before 4 other orders that were placed before hers. I felt sorry for the counter girl because she had a woman get upset with her. This girl did not get upset but kept trying to deal with the customers the best she could. My wife and I figured the manager should have handled this customer. This was not the first time that this place was short staffed.

I was on the road all day and decided to stop to grab a quick bite to eat. McDonalds are all the same, or so I thought. My expectation was to grab a quick combo and get back on the road. That is where the disappointment started. There were only two people working and they seemed out of their element. It took nearly fifteen minutes to get my order in and there were only two people in front of me. Once I did order, I stepped to the side to wait and that is when I could see right through the kitchen area. It was a disgrace!French fries, part buns and pieces of bags and napkins were all over the floor. I have never seen this in any McDonalds that I have ever been in. The whole Kitchen was filthy. Yikes!!!!I won't return.
