Mcdonald's

I went and used the mcdonald’s app $1 great French fry deal. the french fries were beautiful and crispy outside soft on the inside and salted until perfection. good job mcdonald’s many thanks for a good and tasty snack.

2 out of the 4 cookies and gravy we ordered were hard, all 4 were cold. She was happy to let her know. 1).

the ordered lunch was returned by the drive by was somehow colder call and I replaced my order no problem

Went today to get my family lunch. (Spent 30$)The classic Big Mac combo. It’s my fault for not looking in all the bags. When I got home NO BIG MAC’S. I called the girl was nice and asked if I would be coming back today or at a later date to pick up. Since it was my family’s lunch. Chose to drive back in 17 degree weather. When I arrived I called and a girl came out and gave me 2 cold Big Mac’s. Of course when I got back home fries and nuggets cold as well. I feel they should of replaced the entire Classic Big Mac combo. From now on I will give Burger King my business.

And suck the hamburger the bread was like so hard I thought concrete then I went back they just gave me a sandwich but what about my gas and my time that I waited in that long line waiting to get my food that's how I appreciate you

A employee got nasty with me both times i have been in there recently. I will never come back. She gets by with telling off a customer when they are not treating her bad. plus I waited ten minutes at the register and not one employee acknowledged me. Bad business

I understand your employees get exhausted... but maybe you should tell them to argue when they're off the clock and not at the window loud enough so customers can hear every word? That is terrible for business. That petty little argument between two employees could have waited until they clocked out but instead I had to sit and wait for my food while the cook argued with the woman handing the food out the window. ridiculous.
