Mcdonald's

it was pretty amazing. I pulled up and told the speaker what I wanted to eat, and then told me to move forward. then a nice lady in the first window took some money from me, and then gave me a nice lady in the second window to eat and drink. it was literally everything I said to the voicebox I wanted! the best part was that it tasted just like mcdonald’s!

the cleanest mcdonald’s I’ve ever been. great place to stop for a break during the trip. latest building some pictures are shown old. cleaner escap, clean toilets.

I worked here the blackfoot mcdonalds for one because and I hated every second of it. the managers are terrible and their communication skills are even worse. they called me and other white workers “white guy” in Spanish speaking so they don’t think we could understand. the training I received was terrible and they didn't explain anything. they also lied to my start-hour payment. if they want to work here, don't!

Family ate in the dining room and there wasn’t a clean table in the whole restaurant. Tables were still sticky with syrup from breakfast. There was no one up front to assist, everything has been relegated to their kiosk system. My daughter spilled her drink and there was no one available to notify about the spill. Cleaned it up the best I could with napkins but it was still a safety hazard for other patrons. If an establishment is going to have their dining room open there should be at least one employee available for dine-in customers.

Even with the remodeling of the place, things haven't changed. I still get my order incorrectly. But TODAY I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. The meat was mostly raw. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Will this place ever do better? I still have hope.

Such a horrible place and service, seriously need new workers, it’s my 5th time coming and always get me orders wrong and the food made wrong, I find it funny how Pocatello has lots of people in line and can always manage to make the food good and get orders right but Blackfoot that only has like 3 people in line and can’t even get anything right. Wow how sad.

This may not be a five star restaurant, but the service was that good. We got the whole team through this MacDonald's in 15 minutes! The food was fresh, the staff was fast and cheerful. Restrooms and facilities were clean too. What a happy, quick lunch break.
