Mcdonald's

I know this is fast eating and they can not expect much, but I should be able to eat without expecting haare in it and I would expect that I do not miss any items on any order. I called and spoke to someone she answered, that's not good, we'll do better next time, and that wasn't the case.

the worker I treated today was extremely disrespectful, she is the reason why I will not come back here. I know that doesn't play a role because it's mac donalds, but she ruined my whole evening from the way she made me feel at the window. she should be fired, she had no friendliness or contempt. I wish I could give zero stars. I was here 15 april at 1 o'clock, someone speaks with this worker

good clean location. cash that served me very slowly, I had a person in front of me, lasted about 10 minutes. I'm turning around the same. if the person training eile hour is not a good time for it.

I guess since it is fast food I should not be surprised but really. I can not remember the last time I had food that was actually warm, let alone hot. Cold fries and rubbery burgers are not the way. To top it off, I just returned and bit into the 1st chicken mcnuggat. CRUNCH! as something hard was fried into it (an hour or so ago since it too was cold). The fries are so bad cold that our dog takes one and throws it in the air to play with, then leaves it on the floor when she is done playing.Good thing that Wendy's opened. I am assuming that they do not care about competition. Good thing it is only supposed to be a treat to be had every once in a while. Don't think we'll be going back tho. I am more than curious what in the world I bit into.

I don’t usually write any review, but after seeing the bad reviews that they’ve received, I just need to say that this place is actually amazing. Been living in Beaumont for over 30 years, been to this place ever since it opened. Friendly service staff, and a clean dine-in sitting area. I understand that sometime they could make a mistake on your order, mine was also wrong from time to time, but I’m sure they didn’t want it to happen either. As long as you’re being nice about it, they are happy to replace that order for you. Please understand that majority of their employees are students who only making a minimum wage, and is working to support their financial needs. It’s easier for us to be considerate and have some patience. Come on Beaumont, it’s been a rough year for many people, medical staff, healthcare worker etc, and including those who are providing us with services during the pandemic. I respected your freedom of speech, it’s your right. I just hope you’re happy after complaining your heart out for over a mistake that they could easily solve for you.

Feb. 3, 2022 1:00 PMWe ordered through Uber eats and the crew forgot one happy meal in our order, so we called them and they’re asking us to buy another happy meal online instead of getting it delivered to us, we’re all in isolation and couldn’t get out but they kept insisting us to go out and pick up the missed order. All they could say to us is “ we don’t know what happened “ instead of just taking responsibility of their mistake. I hope you McDonald’s will take note and prevent this from happening next time because this is not how you provide customer service.

I read the last few reviews and I need to point out that while yes it’s a pain in the butt when an order gets mixed up….but on the bigger picture I hope people recognize that the hard working very friendly kind staff at the particular location is better than any other McDonald’s that I’m BC and Alberta. I have personally not seen any that have the comfortable personal staff that this particular one does. And thank you for that Beaumont McDonalds ??
