I'm not sure why so many people complain about this place. I love it honestly. It is some of the best Mexican foods in the area hands down. The servers are always friendly and super patient with even the most difficult grim and indecision old people (my grandparents). They serve quite authentic Mexican cuisine (yes, that does not mean hard tacos) and the Camarones Yucatan are delicious every time I go. In addition, the margaritas and guacamole of scratches are absolutely delicious. In addition, the ambience and the location on the lake are perfect.

Amazing!!!! The first time here. I came with my friend and my newborn. Music was soothing, he slept all the time. The Taco pastor with its hot sauce was SPECTACULAR!! We ordered the Tropical Coloda and expected glasses.... but massive frozen pineapples were filled and decorated. Amazing service, great food. 10 stars!!!
For fresh Mexican food on SML that you can get, this is the place. The food is good and fresh and the staff is friendly.
Came in today “Saturday” and the place was slammed, but our experience was still amazing! The drinks were brilliant “Jalapeño Margaritas” and the service was excellent! Yes, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food, but it was understandable given the crowd of people in this place! Come on! Kudos
This Mexican restaurant out classes all others in our area. The cheese sauce is thick, not watered down,made with Land o'Lakes cheese. The margaritas are wonderful! The food is great... a little more pricey, but not unreasonable. The salsa always tastes the same... they don't go overboard on the heat or the cilantro. The service is excellent and the noise level doesn't leave you deaf. Best of all, the music is modern Hispanic, not Polka Mexican. It's just a great place and I recommend everyone check it out. Ask my husband, I'm not an easy sell.
We stopped here when we were boating, plenty of dock space. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and fun. The food was fresh and delicious! They did forget one of our items but fixed it when we noticed it. It was our first visit to SML, but we will definitely visit this restaurant again.
